Arcelio Mendez Acevedo Sr., (Chella) passed away on January 18, 2019 in Newark, New Jersey surrounded by his family. Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Monday, January 21, 2019 from 5- 9 PM as well as Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 9 -10 AM. Chella is survived by his wife Luz Maria, his children Arcelio, Luz, Maria and Juan Feliciano.
