Ismael de Jesus Robles

Ismael DeJesus Robles was born on June 1, 1951 survived by his wife Gloria Cruz, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Ismael was born in Ciales, Puerto Rico and was one of 11 brothers.  Ismael married Gloria in 1993 and worked as a Head Chef at Ferraro’s restaurant in Westfield, NJ where he later retired in 2011.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.  He worked very hard for his family and enjoyed spending his time with family and friends swimming at the lake.

Nancy Roberts her children Tasha Cruz great grandchildren Avion and Aria; Basheer Smith and great grandchild Zay; Tahira Smith and great grandchildren Ahnari and Ahsai; Keyshown Cruz.
Ray Cruz his wife Gina Cruz and their children Nico, late Zoe her son Kainoa, Tino and his wife Ruth, Erica her husband Nate and their daughter Zara.
Ismael Jr. DeJesus his wife Chevon DeJesus and their children Ismael III and Lukas. 
Richard DeJesús his wife Veronica DeJesús and their child Faith Inéz DeJesús. 

Ismael de Jesus Robles late of Newark passed away on April 14, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are invited to the visitation on Wednesday, April 17 from 5pm - 9pm. Private cremation to follow.
