Juan Antonio Roman Jr

Juan Antonio Roman Junior also known as “Toño” passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Clara Maass in Belleville, NJ at the age of 68. He resided in Newark. NJ. 
Toño was born in Puerto Rico on November 18, 1953 to Maria Cruz and Juan Antonio Roman. Toño retired from Saint Michael’s Medical Center after 35 years of service. 
His favorite actor was Bruce Lee who inspired him to love karate.
Toño loved taking pictures. In every family event, you knew he was the camera guy. 
Toño is survived by his mother Maria Cruz and two sons Roberto A Roman and Jason Roman.
His grand children Anais Solei Roman, Javian Enrique Roman, Jaylene Adriana Roman & Damien Alexander Roman.
Siblings: Vivian Roman, Luis Roman, Doris Cortes-Delgado (Cruz), Jorge Cruz and Samuel Perez.

Toño was one of the most loving, caring and compassionate people. He had such a great sense of humor. 
Toño would always make the best out of every situation. 
His favorite saying to people when asked “how he was doing?” He was say “Estoy Seco y Pelao” and when he saw you he would say “What’s Going On You Jive Turkey! And You Fish Eyed Fool!”
