Milagros Casiano Rodriguez de Padilla

Mrs. Milagros Casiano Rodriguez de Padilla of Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020. She was 76 years old, born on June 11, 1944 to Lavinia Rodriguez and the late Moises Casiano. Milagros was the beloved and cherished wife of Edwin Padilla Rodriguez. She was the devoted mother of Maria Elena Padilla Casiano and Edwin Padilla Casiano. She was a loving grandmother to Edwin Padilla III, Angeline Padilla, Elias Antonio Jimenez, Michael Alexander Jimenez and Erica Renee Jimenez. She was the dearest mother-in-law to Maria Gabriela Molestina and Rene Jimenez.

Milagros married Edwin on June 25, 1966, in Newark, New Jersey 54 years ago today. She was known as "Milagros" (and/or) "Millie" to everyone and was strong and agile in her small frame. She was compassionate to her loved ones and those around her. She was known for caring for others, no matter if she suffered the need. She was an exemplary tailor and dominated her Singer machine professionally. Milagros Padilla will continue to be adored and deeply missed by all of her family and friends.
