Tameka Davis Vicuna

Tameka Davis Vicuna, passed away on Saturday, October 23rd at the age of 45 following a yearlong battle with cancer. Tameka was born in Nassau County, New York on July 30th, 1976, to the late Dennis Plantt and Sheila Davis. She had a passion for life and worked in many different professions. In 1994, Tameka gave birth to her daughter, Sade Henderson. She has since relocated to Queens, NY and Newark, NJ where she met her husband Carlos Vicuna and from their union their sons Carlos Jr and Ricardo were born. 

In her spare time Tamkea could be found collecting coupons and shopping for bargains. She enjoyed life to the fullness and was committed to spoiling her children. She was outspoken and made it her responsibility to stay connected to her family members and friends.

Tameka leaves to mourn: her children, Sade, Carlos and Ricardo her husband Carlos, her mother Shelia Davis, her aunts Valerie and Renee, cousin Quanisha, husband's two children Jesus and Estella and her bestfriend Karina , Aunt Rhonda and host many friends from all walks of life.
