Winselso Francisco "Frank" Augusta

Winselso Francisco “Frank” Augusta was born October 10, 1949 in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles to the union of Gabriel Johannes Antonio Augusta and Edna Nadean Matthew.  Both parents predeceased him.  He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Cietta Carter-Augusta; his 2 sons, Francis Augusta and Gabriel “Gaby” Johannes Antonio Augusta.  His in-laws, Tonie and Kathleen Carter, Joel and Shirley Carter, Canmu and Famatta Carter-Dennis and James Carter.  His siblings, Shonca, Ruben, Errol and Cruz, Glenda, Yvette, Marvis, Frank, Marco, Serge, Patsy and Marie Therese.  Hosts of nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Frank and Cietta were married in August of 1988 and both of them were baptized into Christ on June 4, 1989.  He loved the Lord.  His passion and desire are to see his family become disciples of Christ and most especially his two boys, Francis and Gaby.

Frank was a graphic designer and worked in New York City for many years with various companies designing billboards and many other things.  He enjoyed traveling, drawing, dancing, and martial arts.  He retired in 2000 to take care of Gaby.  He became “Mr. Mom”.  Gaby was his life.
